California Motorcycle Classes
Is getting a motorcycle license as a minor (16 years old) the same as getting a Car license in California?
Do I have to wait six months with a permit, and take driving school, take online class, and sign the DL-44?
To obtain a motorcycle license if you are under age 18 you must:
Be 16 years of age.
Have had your permit for six months.
Provide proof of driver education/driver training completion.
Provide a completion certificate from the motorcycle rider training course.
