California Motorcycle Dmv Test
I need help with a motorcycle permit in California?
I need help. Ive even looked on the dmv site and its not adding up.
I am going to be 17 1/2 in about 10 days. Ive read some of the laws when you have a permit in California that you arent allowed to drive your motorcycle with a passenger, but on the dmv site it says you must have a parents thats 25 or older with a license. (im sure this is for a car permit..)
But i thought when you are 17 1/2 you can just go take the permit test and off you go on your bike without the motorcycle training school..
What am i supposed to do?
EDIT – So because of my age, do i need to still go to the school once im over 17 & 1/2 ?
The adult that 25 or older with a valid license is for cars and trucks, not motorcycles. Most motorcycle training schools sign off on the road test part.
