Could I rent a Harley Davidson Motorcycle for a weekend the same way you rent a car? How much $,, ?
I have an idea, Big Harley Poker Run coming up, I can rent a HD and impress all the other HD Riders and tell them its MY bike and I won’t feel like a fool riding my rice burner with other HD’s
I want to prove to everybody that I can ride a HD better than guys that have been riding HD’s for a long time!
Not sure about now, but in the past some places rented HDs for $175-$200 a weekend depending upon which model. Just remember that HD dressers have unique steering geometry where the triple clamps put the fork tubes behind the frame head and are set at a different angle than the head. The result is that while nimble and highly manuverable at low speeds and high speed is super stable straight line stability. As a result, they don’t respond well to steering changes once leaned into the curve and you aren’t going to flick it around from one curve to the next. However, on the straight away a tornado couldn’t deter it from its path.
