Heated Motorcycle Gloves Jacket
Red bumps on face heat rash?
A month ago I completed a motorcycle driving course. It was two days long, and each day I was in 90 degree heat, in jeans, boots, jacket, gloves and full faced helmet for 6 hours, on hot black asphalt, not moving 80% of the time, and when I was moving it was at slow speeds and around cones. It was scorching; I sweated BUCKETS.
In result I developed red bumps on my face, right under my eyes along my cheek bones. I can’t feel it, I can’t tell its there until I look into a mirror. It doesn’t itch, burn, or anything, feels normal. Its just red.
Its been a month and its still there. Whenever I do anything where I get hot or sweat it gets worse! It turns BRIGHT RED and it even looks like its getting worse, I think its even spread a little!
I leave for military basic (boot camp) Dec. 1st and I run and work out pretty much every day, I can’t help but get hot and sweat.
Is this just heat rash? Should I go to the doctor? What can I do to help it?
