Honda Motorcycle Battery
This Motorcycle or this other Motorcycle…Honda vs Kawasaki? question…?
Ok, I am a first time rider and I am looking for a motorcycle. I want the best of course. My question is, which motorcycle would be the best for a longer life span/performance/fun/maintenance?? The first bike is a Kawasaki Vulcan 750 1998 with $12,000 miles on it and running strong according to the owner. The other bike is a Honda Magna 750 1997 with 18,000 miles on it. The owner of the Honda Magna says that the bike needs a new battery cause the bike has been sitting all winter and a tune up and then it should be good to go. Both are running around 2000.00 for each bike. I am not sure which bike to get. Although my first impression is that the Honda Magna bike looks better than that of the Kawasaki though.
Let me know your best input and if you don’t mind, tell me if you have had any experience or things on as to why you do know what you are talking about.

I have owned a 1995 Kawasaki vulcan 750 and I now ride an ‘02 Honda Magna. I can tell you without a doubt the Honda Magna is the better bike. I had a lot of trouble with the vulcan. I haven’t had one minutes trouble out of the Honda. It had 2400 miles on it when I bought it and it has 28000 miles now. The only thing I’ve done is change oil and replace tires. The vulcan was fun to ride but was plagued with problems. It was pretty quick but couldn’t hold a candle to the Magna. The Magna is just plain fast for a 750 cruiser. This is my experience from having owned both bikes. You’ll have to make up your own mind, good luck.
