Where can I find information on how to build a Bobber from a Honda or Yamaha doner?
Im really into the custom Bobber motorcycles and am interested in building one of my own. I currently have a CBR 900rr, and have had a few motorcycles in the past so I’m not new to riding. I’ve got a strong background in the automotive industry so I know my way around tools and engines and what not. I would just buy an old Honda and attempt the build but I prefer to plan things out before I begin.
Are there any good resources that have almost even a step by step or something similar to where I would be able to get some guidance and to know what I need to do to achieve this Bobber look? What is the best bike to use as a doner as far as ease of access, parts availability, simplicity? I want my bobber to be very clean and streamlined so I want a doner that I’ll be able to hide wires, break lines, ect so the bike will look as clean as possible.
Any suggestions?
