Rejetting the carbs is not an issue.
I have a 03 v* 1100 classic with the hypercharger on it. It comes with the jet kit and k&n filter. You can use factory pipes or after market as it comes with the jets for both. I put in the 122.5 and 125 jets. You will also have to adjust your pms screws. I am 2 1/4 turns out, and I also have cobra slipon drag pipes with custom baffles. I love the look and ride.
