parallel import?
i have bought a new motor cycle from a dealer VN800 VULCAN CLASSICC o4 model on 57 plate and after looking around for answers ive found out it is a parallel import? now does that mean i have been over charged or do they have to tell you by law what it is? as would this effect the resale value? also i will say it seems to be a uk bike as its in mph and E on the indicators and been registead by swansea? please advise. thank you all.
I don’t think they are required to tell you that it is parallel as long as it has all the required changes (including headlight) seems a bit peculiar that they should be selling a 2004 bike registered as new in 2007 means it has been sitting around for a long while so you should have got a great deal on it. However there is one advertised in MCN for a shade under £5000.
