Motorcycle Towing
Motorcycle was towed…is this what i need to get it back?
Please serious responses.. My motorcycle was towed because i was riding my motorcycle with no plates, no M1, no insurance, no reg. Im going to the DMV tomorrow to take the M1 permit test. Then i will search for motorcycle insurance, and im going to register the bike. So once i have done these things: Get motorcycle PERMIT(not license), registration of bike under my name, insurance, and money, am i capable of getting a release form from the police department and getting my bike back? By the way i am in the state of California.. if this is not all i need please let me know what else i need.
u left out the money its gonna take to get it out…usually about 300 for tow then about 50 per day its been there since….after 30 days they own the bike…..
u will need proof of insurance registration and license to pick it up……..
** you could have a tow truck driver pick it up…….would have to pay fines and such and pay him to tow it to ur house but u wouldn’t have to have the registration insurance ect…..
** also if u have it registered and insured any one with a motorcycle license can pick it up for u as long as ur there …so u don’t have to wait till u get ur license since every day u wait cost u more money……..
