How do I remove and clean my Centrifugal Oil Filter on my ‘74 Honda CB200 Motorcycle?

How do I remove and clean my Centrifugal Oil Filter on my ‘74 Honda CB200 Motorcycle? I had to take the clutch cover to access the filter and it seems like I need a special tool to take the oil filter cap off so that I may clean it out. Please help! It looks something similar to this thing:

It looks like the ears to remove it have been distroyed.If I remember correctly it has one screw holding it in place.It is just pressure fit via rubber O-ring.It does not screw in or out.The dirt gets so packed in their that they are very hard to get out.You might figure out a way to use a puller on it some how.
