reviving a Motorcycle that hasn’t been cranked in months.?
what to do to a triumph daytona that has been setting for 8 months to get it running again. Owner said it ran find when he parked it but had bypass surgery and has to sale his toys. Going to look at in 12 hrs and want to know what to look for.
about the only thing is stale gas. If the owner put stabil in it or mystery oil it will be fine.
If not , gasoline today goes stale after about 3 to 5 minths. I would drain it, maybe use it to top off my truck, and put in fresh gas. If it has carbs, DRAIN them before you try and start it.
