Can I hear the text-to-speech directions over my bluetooth headset from the Garmin Nuvi 275t?
I’m thinking of getting a GPS that I can use while on my motorcycle, but doesn’t cost and arm and a leg. The nuvi 275t has text-to-speech directions, and you can make calls on bluetooth, but i’m wondering if I can use bluetooth headset to hear the directions when the receiver is in my pocket.
The manual makes it look like the bluetooth is only there for phone calls. You can take a look for yourself if you want.
You may want to check out the Nuvi 500 and 550. Garmin claims them to be “rugged and waterproof”.
