Can police search a locked motorcycle saddlebag without a warrant?
No, its the same as any other vehicle. Without PC they have no right to search it. If they ASK keyword there “ASK” to search it, and you refuse, you have that right. Same as with any other vehicle. IF they have PC then yes they can search that. But just by asking you out of the blue on a traffic stop then no. BUT if you say no, I’m sure they will find a reason to justify it in court. Trust me, they’re all crooked.
