Motorcycle Tires Dual Sport

Does anybody know what this type of motorcycle this is?
I have seen a few of them; they have a low profile, wider tires, some are street legal/some not, they kind of look like an enduro/dual sport but tire diameter is much smaller lower center of gravity? links or brand/model will help
