Vmax Motorcycle
What motorcycle is your favorite mid-size cruiser with above average power?
V-Rods are great, but like all bikes, they are easy to steal and have to constantly be kept under lock and key. They’re one of the fastest cruisers, but they’re not just real easy to accessorize.
The Yamaha VMax is my pick in town, but they look silly with windshields and are not overly practical on the open highway. The front also picks up on them from a dead start.
The Honda VTX1300 has good power and is good in town as well as out of town, and the price is pretty decent too. However, it is a little on the bulky side.
Can you help me think of some others?
You talk of a mid size cruiser yet you look at V Rod and V max these bikes are beasts, my pick is a BMW R65 short stroke this mid range bike can out perform even its big brother the R100 in a strait line drag the R65 is only 1mph slower but out handles most other machines in its class lik Guzzis and Harleys in fact i have beaten a 1340 harley in a sreat drag over 20 miles of winding and straight roads and a Honda Valkerie 1600 so size doesnt nessesary take the prize
