Wal Mart Motorcycle Battery
What amp/voltage am I looking at here?
So my Honda Magna VF700c needs a replacement battery. I’ve gone to Wal-Mart (as it’s the closest auto related shop nearby) and checked out their batteries. They have a couple for motorcycles, but I’m not too sure which one to get.
Currently, there’s a YuMicron YB14-A2 in my bike.
Any advice as to what kind of battery I should be looking at as far as amps/voltage?
YB14-A2 will be the universal number for the battery, whether it’s wal-mart, or Yuasa. Wal Mart’s batteries are just fine, and if you have any kind of problems with it, they will will always replace it under warranty. Wal Mart will also cross reference the battery number for you as well if they are different, they have a book available in the automotive dept.
